Purchases
How does the free trial work?
Each app offers 14 days of every Pro feature, free. The trial is a free item in the App Store, so it is tied to your Apple ID and does not restart when you reinstall the app.
Do I pay again on my other devices?
No. Pro is one purchase for iPhone, iPad and Mac. On another device, sign in with the same Apple ID and choose Restore Purchases in the app.
Is there a subscription?
No. Pro is a one-time purchase.
Manta Planner
My tasks do not appear on my other device
Sync uses your own iCloud. Check that both devices use the same Apple ID, that iCloud is on for Manta Planner in Settings, and that sync is turned on in the app. The first sync can take a few minutes.
I do not see my calendar events
Allow calendar access in Settings › Privacy & Security › Calendars › Manta Planner.
Manta PDF
My edits are not in the original file
On Mac, Manta PDF never overwrites a document on its own. Choose File › Save (⌘S) to keep your changes, or File › Save As… to keep the original untouched.
Text in a scan cannot be selected
Run text recognition on the scan first; after that the text can be searched, selected and copied.
